About Borderlands 3 Designer's Cut DLC
The Designer's Cut DLC for Borderlands 3 introduces the intense new Arms Race mode, a high-stakes battle royale-style experience where you start with nothing and must scavenge for weapons and gear. Survive against waves of enemies and rival Vault Hunters to extract with your loot—or lose it all if you fall. This mode offers endless replayability and a fresh challenge for seasoned players.
In addition to Arms Race, each Vault Hunter gains a brand-new skill tree, expanding your build options and combat strategies. Amara's Enlightened Force tree focuses on elemental damage and crowd control, while FL4K's Trapper tree allows you to trap and debuff enemies. Moze's Bear Mother tree enhances her Iron Bear mech, and Zane's The Professional tree rewards precision and critical hits.
This DLC also includes cosmetic items: a unique Vault Hunter Skin, a weapon trinket, and ECHO Device skins to personalize your character. The Designer's Cut is part of Season Pass 2, but can be purchased separately if you don't own the full pass.
