About Ashen Arrows

Ashen Arrows is a roguelike wave-defense first-person VR adventure game set in Norse mythology. You play as a hunter who must defend their base against continuous waves of enemies using a bow, various arrow types, traps, and tactical modifiers. Each run offers different skills and modifiers, ensuring endless replayability.

The game features a Saga mode with three narrated tutorial maps that introduce the story of a heroic hunter on a quest to stop Ragnarök. The Bastion mode offers infinite replayability with randomized skill pools, loot, enemies, and modifiers across four maps from different Norse realms. Go for the 'god-run' by combining powerful blessings.

Co-op mode allows up to three players to join forces in Bastion mode, adding teamwork and coordination for a different experience. Saga mode is single-player only. Players can customize their banners and appearance to show off their Viking style.

Utilize passive defenses like barricades, traps, and base-repairing skills. Ask the gods for blessings and effects based on chance. Alter the battleground with environmental hazards like barrels, fire, or lightning. Different maps feature unique enemies, requiring adaptive counter-tactics.
