Curse of Blood is an asymmetric confrontation game set in a magical medieval world where players are divided into three factions: humans, vampires, and werewolves. Each faction has unique victory conditions and abilities. The game revolves around the End Tower and the impending Blood Moon, which drives the narrative and gameplay mechanics.

The human camp starts with the most players. Each human has a profession with its own skills. Their goal is to complete the purification of the End Tower before the Blood Moon arrives. To succeed, they must gather materials, craft powerful items, and survive the night while managing their sanity.

Vampire believers are randomly selected at the start. They retain their profession skills but gain additional vampire abilities. They can transform, losing their profession skills in exchange for stronger vampire powers. Their victory condition is to prevent human purification or kill everyone.

Werewolf followers are also randomly chosen. Like vampires, they have extra werewolf skills and can transform for enhanced abilities. Their sole goal is to eliminate all players. The werewolf faction adds a layer of unpredictability to each match.

Players explore the world, open chests, defeat monsters, and even ambush other players to steal their loot. Crafting on workbenches is essential for survival. As the Blood Moon approaches, sanity drains faster at night, and when it hits zero, health begins to deplete. Churches and torches restore sanity, and certain skills can also help.
