RC Reports Takeover is a professional service from Kinguin that places your Resolution Center reports in the hands of our experienced Customer Support team. For one week, we manage all communication with customers, investigate reported issues, and work toward fair resolutions according to Kinguin procedures. This service is designed for sellers who want to offload the burden of handling disputes while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Our team operates 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring that reports are reviewed promptly—typically within 24 hours. Each case is handled individually, and we do not automatically reject reports. Instead, we examine the evidence and determine the appropriate outcome, which may include refunds, replacements, or rejections based on the facts. During the investigation, we may contact you for additional information to help resolve the case.

The service covers up to 65 reports during the one-week period. If more than 65 reports are submitted, each additional resolved case will be charged €2. At the end of the week, you receive a detailed summary report containing product name, order number, quantity purchased, price, IWTR report date, investigation summary, and resolution outcome.

Please note that subscriptions cannot be stacked—purchase only one package. This service does not apply to wholesale reports. Kinguin reserves the right to refuse sale of this product without providing a reason. It's a straightforward way to ensure your customers get timely support while you focus on other aspects of your business.
