Every case is assessed based on its merits, and we do not automatically reject reports. We work to find a fair resolution based on the evidence provided and Kinguin's procedures.

During the investigation, we may contact you for additional information to help resolve the case. The actions taken depend on the reported issue, available evidence, and the platform involved. Once all 50 reports are resolved, you will receive a comprehensive summary report detailing product name, order number, quantity, price, report date, investigation summary, and resolution outcome (rejection, refund, replacement, etc.).
