About Carth

Carth is a survival RPG set in an enormous open world teeming with unique enemies, legendary items, and dozens of towns. The game emphasizes long-term play with a heavy focus on survival, building, crafting, and player freedom. You can host your own public or private servers or play solo.

The story begins with the Four Sibling Gods who once maintained harmony among the diverse races of Carth. But the youngest god, Taernath, grew corrupt and turned the inhabitants into playthings, eventually consuming his siblings and plunging the land into darkness. Portals opened, unleashing orcs and unholy beings across the realm.

As a player, you must decide how to face this evil: bend the knee or fight. The world is persistent, and your choices shape your experience. Explore beautiful but dangerous landscapes, gather resources, build shelters, and craft weapons to survive.

Carth offers a sandbox experience where you can play alone or with others on dedicated servers. The game world is filled with secrets, dungeons, and dynamic events. With no hand-holding, you are free to forge your own path in a land corrupted by darkness.

The combat system is challenging, requiring strategy and resource management. Enemies range from orc tribes to shadowy rift creatures. Legendary items and rare materials are scattered across the map, rewarding exploration and perseverance.
