The X4: Envoy Pack expands your X4: Foundations universe with a new stealth-focused frigate, the Envoy, developed jointly by the Argon Federation and Teladi Ministry of Finance. This DLC introduces a new mission chain, a fresh gamestart, and a brand new sector to explore. It also adds new musical tracks that deepen the atmospheric experience of space travel.

The Envoy is a mid-sized warship designed for infiltration, reconnaissance, and misdirection. It features a fully explorable interior—only the second M-class ship with this level of detail. Exclusive subsystems include a Cloak stance that reduces radar visibility and improves maneuverability at the cost of speed and weapons, and faction camouflage protocols that let you display a false identity.

A rogue variant called the Cypher is also included, offering enhanced speed and agility. It is fully compatible with the Envoy's exclusive engines, shields, and primary weapons, and features its own identity-masking protocols. The Cypher is often found in pirate hands, making it a versatile choice for unconventional commanders.

New strategic possibilities arise from operating from the shadows. The Envoy significantly reduces agent operation durations, as introduced in the 2025 X4 Diplomacy Update.
