This DLC adds 9 political systems, over 50 laws, and more than 200 new stratagems, including 50+ regime feats.

New regime feats unlock mechanics like counter-espionage, propaganda, advanced elections with voter blocks and populism, feudal codes allowing dynasties to claim zones as fiefs, and fanatical autocracy ensuring sacrifice and loyalty at all costs. The Syndic Computer can be installed—but beware, it may be paranoid. Virtus and Apparatchik mechanics deepen the strategic experience, while leaders gain social standing stats, value types, and society types.
