Bargalian Regicide is an action hack and slash game where you play as Prince Vile, heir to the throne of Bargalia, who has spent nine years imprisoned in the Underkeep on charges of regicide. During his imprisonment, the Bargalian Empire fell under the control of the War Council. Now, an ancient and powerful being named Talurbas rises, causing great upheaval. Your mission is to hunt down the members of the War Council across diverse levels representing the varied climates and geographies of Bargalia.

The gameplay is quick and primitive, focusing on hack and slash combat. You'll collect weapons and cut down armies of Bargalian soldiers as you seek revenge. Along the way, you can speak with demigods who now serve under Talurbas, or read scrolls for insight into the world. A unique feature is the ability to put on hats, adding a touch of personality to your character.
