The DLC introduces two new maps set in a Mediterranean biome, featuring arid landscapes, coastal areas, and fertile valleys. You'll need to adapt your strategies to the new environment, managing water resources and utilizing new buildings to process local goods. The irrigation well becomes crucial for sustaining agriculture, while the marble quarry provides material for grand structures.
Seven new production buildings expand your industrial capabilities: Marble quarry, Cheese store, Saltworks, Smokehouse, Jam factory, Sugar mill, and Irrigation well. Each building processes new resources like sugarcane, olives, marble, and salt into valuable products such as rum, jam, and prosciutto. The Theatre building adds a cultural layer, entertaining and educating your citizens.
Nine new resources and five new professions create intricate economic webs. Grow sugarcane for sugar and rum, harvest olives for oil, and quarry marble for construction.
