About Revenge Quest

Revenge Quest is a light-hearted side-scrolling shoot-'em-up inspired by Film Noire and Art Deco architecture. You (and a friend) must fight robotic guards, using whatever weapons and help you can get, to get revenge. The combat is fast and tactical—plan your moves, understand enemy patterns, and use the environment to your advantage.

Set in a drought-stricken world, the mafia has bottled up all the water and sells it at a steep price. A rag-tag group of rebels, including you, intends to do whatever it takes to get the rivers flowing again. Each level presents unique challenges that require you to come up with your own tactics to overcome.

One of the standout features is the movable environment. Almost everything can be moved around to provide dynamic cover and block off enemies. This adds a strategic layer to the gameplay, letting you adapt on the fly. The game also supports local co-op multiplayer—just press Backspace to have Player 2 join.

When playing co-op, you can revive a fallen friend thanks to your CPR training. The game includes a growing selection of classic and strange weapons, with each character bringing their own favorites. Tough bosses await, from robotic minions to well-oiled guardian robots defending each door.
