Lord Of Anatolia is a colony management game set in 14th-century Anatolia, where you lead a small Kayı tribe from a handful of tents to a thriving province. Every villager has a personality shaped by 12 traits like Diligent, Lazy, or Charismatic, affecting work speed, combat, and marriage. The game tracks family trees across multiple generations, with succession rules when your Bey dies. Life stages from baby to elder bring changing productivity and stories.

The world is alive with four seasons and three year types (Bountiful, Normal, Drought), dynamic weather like rain and snow, and diseases such as plague and dysentery. Healers use Anatolian herbs, and hygiene is critical. You'll face wolf raids, Byzantine forces, and Mongol raiders, each requiring different tactics. Train Alp warriors with swords and shields that block 70% of damage.

Progress through five village stages from Camp to Sancak, unlocking 25+ building types including mosques, trade houses, smithies, and archer towers. Research over 50 projects, one per village level, to boost production, combat, and religious teaching. Buildings can be upgraded from 1 to 5 stars, giving up to +80% yield.
